SRG-ICS-UPLB Acknowledgment Guidelines

1. Purpose

These guidelines define how users must acknowledge SRG-ICS-UPLB in theses, publications, reports, and other outputs that utilized its computing facilities.

Acknowledgment ensures:

  • Proper attribution of institutional support
  • Visibility of the facilities in research outputs
  • Justification for continued funding and expansion

Since we offer our services for free (sometimes for good coffee) and we also use the resources for our own research, we reserve the right to accept or deny requests.

2. Scope

These guidelines apply to:

  • Undergraduate and graduate theses
  • Faculty research publications
  • Technical reports and project documentation
  • Conference papers and posters
  • Software artifacts and datasets generated using SRG-ICS-UPLB computing facilities

7. Reporting Requirement

Users may be required to submit the following to SRG-ICS-UPLB:
